Gene joined the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) in 2007 as a Finance Administrator and steadily progressed to Manager, Director of Finance, and ultimately achieved his current role as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of expertise in government contract accounting and administration, Gene has implemented comprehensive internal budgeting processes and metric reporting systems, contributed to multiple successful NCDMM proposals, and led the integration of new, enhanced financial systems. He currently oversees NCDMM’s government contract portfolio, valued at over $150 million.

Gene holds a bachelor’s from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and a master’s in Business from Saint Francis University. He also earned a master’s certificate in Government Contract Management from George Washington University. He is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (Johnstown, PA, chapter).

Prior to NCDMM, Gene held roles at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, where he advanced from Time Collection Administrator and Payroll Specialist to Financial Systems Administrator.
